  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla

    Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients

    In another bowl mix:
    - flour
    - baking soda
    - salt
    Slowly add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
  5. Add chocolate chips

    Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the dough.
  6. Shape the cookies

    Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and place it on the baking sheet. Leave space between each cookie.
  7. Bake

    Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool

    Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
